Clémentine is BIC’s Climate Security Analyst and also holds a position at the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS), where she co-authored the Chaillot Paper on Arab Climate Futures. Her areas of expertise include conflict analysis, protection of population, climate change and the energy transition. She previously held positions at SHAPE, NATO, at the French Ministry of Armed Forces and at the French Embassy in Mexico. She graduated from Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence.
